mellimoomoo's ethical principles:

In addition to meeting toy safety requirements and having excellent designs, mellimoomoo requires all toy suppliers to meet the following manufacturing ethical code for their workers,  based on the recommendations of the Ethical Trading Institute (UK):

Work is chosen freely.

Freedom of association and the right of collective bargaining are respected.

Working conditions are safe and hygienic.

Child labour shall not be used.

Living wages are paid.

Working hours are not excessive.

No discrimination is practised.

Regular employment is provided.

No harsh or inhumane treatment is allowed.

Based in the UK, ETI is an alliance of companies, non-governmental organisations and trade unions. It exists to identify and promote good practice in the implementation of codes of labour practice.
