SHIPPING DETAILS:
Mellimoomoo ships internationally and uses Australia Post for all deliveries.
For Domestic orders, packages under 3kg will be sent by Regular Post.
Packages over this weight will be delivered via Registered Regular Parcel post.
The freight charge will be fixed, and is added to your order before processing your payment. This way you will know the final charge being made to your credit card.
Your order will be dispatched within 24-48hrs, or the nearest working day. This usually means you will receive your mellimoomoo gift within 4-7 days.
If the item is large and we are able to find a more-affordable courier delivery option, you will be refunded any difference in freight costs.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Mellimoomoo uses Australia post airmail for international deleivery.
If you would like to get a quote for international freight before you purchase please contact us info@mellimoomoo.com.au with the name of the product you are interested in and your full address including postcode.
International Air Mail delivery time is usually 7 working days. If there is any delay in receiving your order, please contact us immediately: info@mellimoomoo.com.au.

At mellimoomoo we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
If you are not happy with the gift you have chosen we are dedicated to finding a way to fix things for you!
Goods returned within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging, can be fully exchanged for any other item of the same value or for a refund.

In the case of returned goods, freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless an error was made by mellimoomoo supplying incorrect or defective goods, in which case mellimoomoo will pay the freight.
